Your Nervous System Map: Booking Terms & Conditions

(Applies to Your Nervous System Map, a 6-week live coaching immersion)

We honour the preparation, energy, and intention behind every program. Your Nervous System Map is designed with depth and care for a small, intimate group, with limited spaces. For this reason, the following terms apply to every booking.

What's Included

  • 6 live online group coaching sessions with Tracy Whitton, each 90 minutes (including an optional Q&A)
  • A replay of each live session, uploaded straight after the session
  • The Your Nervous System Map workbook (the full downloadable workbook, plus weekly sections)

Session Times

Live sessions run on Wednesdays, 6:00–7:30 pm Brisbane time (AEST). Please check the time in your location. During daylight saving, that's 7:00–8:30 pm in NSW, VIC, TAS and the ACT.

The Q&A at the end of each session is optional. You're welcome to leave before it and catch it on the replay, which is uploaded straight after each session.

General Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Once you have booked and paid, we do not offer refunds, including for personal circumstances, late arrivals, missed sessions, or changes of mind.

Once the Course Starts

Once the course has started, you are responsible for the full course fee, including any remaining payment plan instalments, whether or not you attend.

Missed sessions are not refunded or credited. You can watch the replay instead.

If you start the course and are unable to continue, the full course fee remains payable, as your place cannot be filled by someone else. You're welcome to use the recordings to catch up in your own time.

Payment Plans

  • By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all instalments.
  • If a payment fails, it may be retried automatically.
  • If instalments are missed, access to the live sessions, replays and materials may be paused until your account is up to date.

Prices

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. If you pay with an international bank, your bank may charge a fee to transact in AUD.

If We Need to Cancel or Reschedule

Occasionally a session may need to be rescheduled. If this happens, we'll give you as much notice as possible and a new date and time, and the session will still be recorded.

If the program is cancelled and we are unable to reschedule it, you will receive a refund for the sessions that did not run.

Transfers

Bookings cannot be transferred to a later round or to another course.

Your Wellbeing

The contents of this program are educational and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health care provider with any questions you have about a physical or mental health condition, before and during the program.

Please take part within your own limits. You are always welcome to pause, adapt or skip a practice.

Tracy Whitton and her associates, contractors and employees are not responsible for adverse effects resulting from your use of, or reliance on, any information in the program.

Privacy in the Group

What others share in the group stays in the group. Please don't record, screenshot or share anything about other participants, and only share what you feel comfortable sharing.

Recordings

Live sessions are recorded. Group session recordings are private to the group and can't be downloaded, for privacy reasons. Please don't share or post them. You're welcome to join with your camera off. If your camera is on, you and your name may appear in the recording.

Access

You'll have access to the replays and workbook for about 12 weeks from the first session of your round, until the next quarterly round begins. Please download your workbook while you have access. All materials are for your personal use only. Please don't share or resell them.
