Cancellation & Credit Policy
(Applies to all 1:1 private sessions, classes, workshops, retreats, and online courses)
At Tracy Whitton, we honour the preparation, energy, and intention behind every session and program. Each offering is designed with depth and care, often with limited spaces and high demand. For this reason, the following cancellation and credit policy applies to all of our services, including private sessions, group classes, online courses, workshops, and retreats.
General Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Except where required by law, we do not offer refunds, including for personal circumstances, late arrivals, early departures, missed sessions, or changes of mind.
Private Sessions, Classes, and Workshops
More than 7 days before: A full credit (less 15% admin fee) to use within 6 months.
72–24 hours before: 50% credit (less 15% admin fee) only if we are unable to fill your spot.
Less than 24 hours before: No credit will be issued.
Retreats, Trainings, and Mentorships
More than 90 days before start: 100% credit (minus 15% admin fee) to use within 12 months.
60–90 days before start: 75% credit (minus 15% admin fee), remainder forfeited.
30–60 days before start: 50% credit (minus 10% admin fee), remainder forfeited.
Less than 30 days before start: No refunds or credits.
Online Courses (including Your Nervous System Map)
Once an online course has been accessed or started, no refunds or credits will be given, except where required by law.
Once a live course has started (such as Your Nervous System Map), the full course fee is payable, including any remaining payment-plan instalments, whether or not you attend.
If you start a course and are unable to continue, the full course fee remains payable, as your place cannot be filled by someone else. You're welcome to use the recordings to catch up in your own time.
Online course bookings cannot be transferred to a later round or to another course.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
By booking any Tracy Whitton offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
